All About The Summer Body Fitness!

So I guess everyone is enjoying this amazing weather right? Well today's blog is just a few helpful ideas to get your body looking great & feeling great! 
So for me my post baby bod is not quite how I want it. Unfortunately I am not one of those women who spring back after a month or two I really have to work at it.

For me I love fitness & here are some great reasons why we should get off our booty's & move.

1. Look & feel good
2. Remember sweat is sexy embrace it!
3. Boosts self esteem & confidence
4. You can workout anywhere, home, gym, studio
5. Workout with your friends, a great way to socialise & burn calories now that's multi- tasking
6. Health benefits are endless, relieves stress, helps heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes etc, etc.

So what is #allaboutthebrunette fitness regime? Well as we are all social media & You Tube crazy one of my goes to's is the Internet, it is just so accessible & quick to use.
First of all I like to condition my body with;  1.Pilates Lottie Murphy I am a fan of her work she also has  great health & lifestyle tips & 2.Ballet Beautiful  Mary Helen Bowers a complete body workout with grace, beauty & elegance.
The Lean Machines great cardio & body weight training & these guys have some amazing tips on health & food & they are really motivating.
My new obsession!!!!! Tone It Up Bikini Series unbelievable workouts they get to the target areas & you do see amazing results. Ladies take a look. 

DVD wise  for you non Internet lovers I.e my mum & dad here are a couple of DVD's I enjoy
1. Jillian Michaels any of her workouts are great, if you stick to the program you really do get results. 2. Davina 7 minute fit is great. 
3. Zumba as I use to be an instructor I have a bunch of DVDs great cardio. 

I do try & mix up my workouts, I also enjoy running, weight training, & walking. I think for me it is about variety & probably for most of you out there, make it interesting, exciting, make a workout playlist, I have several. Music can really help motivate or get you in the zone especially when it comes to burpees, HIIT or squats.
